20+ years in the Temporary Traffic Control industry. We are a DeKalb First Local Small Business Enterprise (LSBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Female Business Enterprise (FBE) and a WIOA Training Provider; authorized by the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission (GNPEC).

Partnerships
- The Atlanta Regional Commission is the regional planning and intergovernmental coordination agency for the 10-county Atlanta region. ARC’s WorkSource Atlanta Regional offers services for businesses seeking a skilled workforce, including training and skills development for new and existing employees, assistance with employee recruitment, and data tools that provide insight into labor market trends. WorkSource Atlanta Regional also provides services for job seekers, including education and skills development.
- WorkSource DeKalb (WSD) is to provide workforce investment activities through statewide and local investment systems that increase employment, retention and earnings of participants. The goal is to increase occupational skill attainment by participants, improve the quality of the workforce, reduce welfare dependency, and enhance the productivity and competitiveness of the Nation.

Founder Lawanda Sapp has over 20 years Work Zone Traffic Control and Law Enforcement experience. Ms. Sapp’s vision is to continue providing quality service and customer satisfaction that surpasses her clients expectations; while creating job opportunities for Georgia’s community development.
Vincent Weston
Workzone Supervisor/Instructor
Mr. Weston is an innovative training professional focused on safety with a genuine interest in perceptive and social growth of trainees. He is actively involved in all areas of work zone safety procedures and field education including professional networking, and student career preparation.
Nicquel Smiley
Educational Coordinator
Mrs. Smiley a CUNY alumni and former bylaw committee president of PAL/WOCE has 15+ years education coordinating and C-level executive assistant experience. She is a community advocate graced to prepare, grow and engage students in career education and support services.
